We value parent engagement while maintaining the sanctity of the coach-student athlete and coach-administration relationship.

We value being helpful above all else. We help the athletes have a positive experience and help the coaches maximize their time and effectiveness. We apply ourselves only where it will be helpful and coaches guide us to where that is.

VISION

SI Crew (Men and Women) will be consistently competitive with other schools on a national level. Including success at Scholastics, Winning classes at West Coast Regionals, and becoming more competitive against Bay Area clubs.

Rowers will have a great experience.

Coaches will be some of the best available in the nation and will cite the pleasure of coaching at SI is due in part to positive Parent support.

Parents will have fun.
